
Return and Exchange Policy
Terms and Conditions for Returns, Credits, Refunds, and Related Claims
This Return and Exchange Policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, credits, refunds, cancellations, and related claims arising from purchases made from TEMCO International. This policy is intended to provide a clear and consistent framework for the handling of post-delivery requests and shall apply except as otherwise expressly set forth in an applicable written agreement executed by TEMCO International.
1. Return Eligibility
Any request for return authorization must be submitted within fifteen (15) days following the delivery date. Any request submitted after such period may be denied and shall not be eligible for return, exchange, credit, or refund unless otherwise approved by TEMCO International in writing.
As a condition of eligibility for return, the item or items at issue must satisfy all of the following requirements:
· The merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging
· The merchandise must be in resalable condition, as determined by TEMCO International
· The return request must be supported by proof of purchase, including, as applicable, an invoice, order confirmation, or other documentation acceptable to TEMCO International
2. Non-Returnable Items
Without limitation, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, credit, or refund:
· Custom, special-order, made-to-order, or non-stock products
· Any item that has been installed, used, altered, modified, mishandled, or damaged after delivery
· Any clearance, closeout, discontinued, or final sale item
3. Return Authorization
No merchandise may be returned without the prior written authorization of TEMCO International. Any item sent back without such authorization may be refused, rejected, or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
· An issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all approved returns
· TEMCO International reserves the right to refuse any return received without a valid RMA number

4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee, or such other fee as may be specified by TEMCO International in writing, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by TEMCO International.
5. Return Shipping
· The customer shall be solely responsible for all costs and risk associated with return shipment, unless TEMCO International agrees otherwise in writing
· Original shipping, handling, and related charges are non-refundable except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by TEMCO International in writing
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Any claim that merchandise was received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be submitted to TEMCO International within fifteen (15) days following delivery. Failure to provide notice within such period may result in denial of the claim.
· TEMCO International may require supporting documentation, including photographs, descriptions of the alleged issue, packaging information, and any other information reasonably requested for review of the claim
· Upon review, TEMCO International shall determine, in its reasonable discretion, the appropriate remedy, which may include one or more of the following:
o Replacement
o Repair
o Credit or refund
7. Refund Method
Any refund approved by TEMCO International shall be issued in one of the following forms, as determined by TEMCO International or as otherwise required by applicable law:
· A credit to the original form of payment
· Store credit or another refund method determined by TEMCO International, where applicable and permitted by law
8. Refund Processing
Any approved refund will generally be processed within thirty (30) business days following return approval; provided, however, that actual processing times may vary depending on payment method, financial institution processing requirements, and internal review procedures.
9. Order Cancellations
· An order may be canceled only prior to shipment and only if such cancellation is accepted by TEMCO International
· Any custom, special-order, processed, or made-to-order item shall not be eligible for cancellation

11. Reservation of Rights
TEMCO International reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to interpret, apply, amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time, with or without prior notice. TEMCO International further reserves the right to reject, deny, limit, or condition any return, exchange, credit, refund, or cancellation request that fails to satisfy the requirements of this policy, any applicable purchase order or written agreement, or applicable law. In the event of any conflict between this policy and an applicable written agreement executed by TEMCO International, the terms of the written agreement shall control to the extent of such conflict.
